Terms & Conditions
1. Identity and Documentation
- All participants must carry their original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and a photocopy.
- The Company reserves the right to deny boarding or participation without any refund if valid ID is not provided.
2. Trip Schedule & Alterations
- The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary, accommodation, transport, or other trip components at any time without prior notice due to weather conditions, roadblocks, political instability, acts of God, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- If any such change occurs, no refunds will be provided unless the entire trip is cancelled prior to departure (see Clause 6 for refund terms).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant-initiated cancellation:
- Cancellation 2+ days before departure: 20% deduction on total paid amount.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: No refund.
- Company-initiated cancellation: Full refund after 20% deduction for administrative costs.
- No refund will be given for no-shows or early departures during the trip.
4. Participant Conduct & Code of Ethics
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards fellow members, locals, and the organizing team.
- Obscene language, harassment, offensive behavior, or violence of any form will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
- Any behavior deemed unethical or unsafe by the tour leader will be grounds for cancellation of participation.
5. Luggage & Responsibility
- Each participant is allowed up to 10 kg of personal luggage.
- Participants are solely responsible for their belongings.
- The Company and its staff will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property under any circumstances.
6. Safety & Liability
- All necessary measures will be taken to ensure safety; however, adventure/outdoor travel inherently involves risks such as accidents, altitude sickness, weather impacts, or natural disasters.
- The Company, its representatives, or guides shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or death.
- Participants must understand and accept that they are traveling at their own risk.
7. Prohibited Items
- Strictly no weapons, drugs, alcohol, or explosives are allowed.
- Violation of this clause will result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund, and the matter may be reported to local authorities.
8. Equipment & Company Property
- Any equipment or service tool provided by the Company must be handled with reasonable care.
- Any loss or damage caused due to negligence or misuse shall be fully compensated by the participant.
9. Force Majeure
- The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, war, strike, road blockage, pandemics, etc.
10. Acceptance of Risk & Waiver of Liability
- By joining the trip, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and accept that participation in such trips involves inherent risks.
- The participant and/or their heirs or legal representatives shall waive any right to claim compensation from the Company, its management, or its team for any loss or injury incurred.
